Indonesia is one of country that has the largest population in the world. What is the impact of the number of residents? Of course this is related to employment issues. A large number of population is not matched with the availability of jobs, it makes finding a job very difficult as because of the competition.
From several million people, the company will choose the people more intelligent. If our ability is not capable, do not expect to be able to work in the company with enough salary.

Personal Experience stories:
When I was in college incorrectly leading universities in East Java, I tried to find part-time job. Lots of benefits of working part time. Both from experience and from the side of salary. At that time I paid Rp. 1.000.000, blamed a private company in surabaya. Working with this lecture was very burdensome at all, after I worked for 3 months, I decided to get out of the company. The decision was taken out because of the coursework, and I am more interested in school than work.
At that time I also served as an assistant lab, so the timing is very hard. Get employees who have not graduated from college very profitable for company, because the company can pay them with a lower wages (because of not having a diploma). And the results of the job same with employees who work full-time job, so it is very profitable for the company.
After leaving the company I chose to concentrate to the college. Over time, eventually the desire to work again appear. And I was accepted at a private company with a full-time job, because at that time I had finished college, only to end the task.  But again after one month I decided to work out of a job because there is a problem with my final assignment.
Discharge a person from a company that only less than 3 months would be very detrimental for the company because it is usually those days are training days, and usually the work we do in those days were not very useful for the company. Just training!

Finally I decided to not find a job before school finished. After I had finished college all, I was offered a job by one of his professors. And I accept the offer.
Again and again after working for 3 months, i decided to get out from company. But the exit for reasons other than college, but because I received to another company with higher salaries. A little story above is an intro to question whether out of a company before the contract was a mistake. Is out of the company for reasons other company received higher salaries and a future more convincing is a mistake. Does the company did not renew his contract employees is an immoral act?
